liberation 1.6 help with changing mods

I need some help with liberation v1.6 when I use it, it works but when I try to switch mods with F1 in the lobby it opens game summary and nothing happens all my other hacker friends don't have this problem but I do and I don't know how to change the hot key for it. So how can I fix it cuz now when I change mods it a wast of time to close MW2 and then open the mod and host all over again.

You can't change mod in the lobby, you have to do it when the match has started, in the match after the map has loaded.

You have to press Alt+F1 to chose a new mod and then Alt+F2 to restart the match with the new mod.
