Does VAC ban me for using this hack?

Is this working for private servers such as TeknoMW3?

No srs, too many people do although they know wherever they leech, MPGH will always be advertised in the screenshots. So BEWARE!!!!

When you select attachment proficiency you get focus, and when you select focus proficiency you get attachment proficiency.

Private Game Killstreak editor won't work(15-20) for Assault/Specialist(specialist wont go from 2>4>6 to 1>2>3)(And killstreaks wont switch at all to assault killstreaks).

Some time ago it was possible to put lethal and tactical items on your secondary (now it's patched and only unlimited uav, ballistics and deathstreaks are possible)

I tested it out and not all of my challenges got unlocked it was really buggy with that.
