I've seen the specialist package modded onto support on xbox live so that your kills and thus perks do not reset upon death, and after the first specialist bonus is earned it stays for the entirety of the match.

I would guess this is also possible for pc?

Not as far as I know, but you can choose to keep your assault streak when you're dead with this tool if that's what you're looking for...

Can u make an update where u can change the accuracy?

I guess, if I look for the bullets shot and bullets hit but, why would you wanna change accuracy?
