    Do you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package eather 32 bit or 64 depending on which your system is? then try restarting your computer

    I do have it, I restarted my computer and it still has a white screen!

    Have you tried installing the lastest flash player for IE i hear that it works for some people so try that and if it does work dont forget to rep+ and thank and if it dosent ill still try to find an answer for you
