How do you shoot and strafe in crossfire?

Hey guys, I am asking this sort of as a last resort.
I have looked everywhere for an answer and nobody on crossfire is any help.
Basically I just need to know how to strafe and shoot while still maintaining accuracy. I know that if you do small strafes, your accuracy is unaffected
but I notice pros doing giant strafes and still pulling off multiple headshots.
How are you supposed to shoot and strafe at the same time?

Not trying to be difficult, but I have tried this and headshots won't hit. Bodyshots will land but not headshots. Am I doing something wrong?

they stop when they're going to shoot then move back
but since its fast u dont realise that they stop

I searched this a lot on youtube before I posted and couldn't find anything.
Also I should've mentioned that I'm a m4 user.
And I'm confused now, should I just single tap and full out strafe or stop and shoot?

just search for how to play like a pro

Move left to right, do 1-2 shot bursts.

Pretty sure that's basically strafing.
