Universial spammer problem?

i downloaded The Universial spammer and it worked fine until i got a virus...i restored my computer and ii redownloaded it and it din't work. when i try to update it says plz do not open handler and when i try to start it it says some weird stuuff that i dun understand can anyone plz help me and tell me how to fix this. also can someone post me another download link O_O

When you restore your pc you need to redownload flash player and I think Framework two.
