it may be patched (i havnt tried the hack yet) but if it isnt then if you have x-fire, you must close it.
if that doesnt work then scramble the dll, and if that doesnt work then i have no clue

when the menu is up use the arrow keys. Up + Down = Up and Down Left + Right = Off and On

u need to put the dll in your system 32 or 64 folder here the download link
msvcr100.dll free download - DLL-files.com DOWNload the zip
also put it in your combat arms folder not the gsame folder
