@Shane Yeah and you forget you are sleeping than you wake up and think you are dreaming and realize you aren't sleeping which makes you think you haven't slept at all then you fall asleep for some reason yet try to get ready to start your daily work.

Such as OOB, which is OUT OF BODY, and basically there's ways to actually come out of your body and walk around in a "ghost world". Some people believe in it, some people do. There's many techniques on how to complete an OOB
