About Mouse macro!!

Hey im just wondering if u can 5 burst macro on gaming mouse cuz i can only do 3..I would like to use it on my m4 mk3..If u know pls tell me how and i got Steelseries sensei, also u can tell me wats the best ms delay 4 m4 mk3 thx

use it auto.
best delay is 10-12

but delay between 10-12 is only one shot and i seen that the more the delay the more spray and so 45-50 or more i dont which cuz. if u do it too much the shooting wont stop so i dont really know whihc one to use...
