Combat Arms Cases?

Ok I've just recently noticed this but even though i know it sounds really retarded I just want to know if this is true or not. For a while now ive been noticing that people get really good stuff depending on time or something? < i sound so retarded right now
i just want to know that if cases depend on luck or is there like such a thing where you get good stuff depending on what time it is for example if you guys have noticed all those people opening cases and doing renewal cases they always happen at the same time
like if you dont believe me just log in on combat arms and watch all those 90 day cases / renewals get broadcasted at the SAME time
i know i sound so retarded right now but if you just watch for those 90 day thingies they all happen at the same time ._.

Its all about luck and how many you buy, the more you buy the better I guess. I really don't know because I opened one case which gave me 1k gp xD so that's what I'm guessing.
