Gameguard error

I have been having this problem with AVA since yesterday, ive been playing this game for 10 days now and everytime i try to launch the game it comes up with game guard trying to make me send .ERL files, i have not downloaded any hacks (yet ;D), please help.

edit: i also tried reinstalling the game 3 times, i tried running game as admin, and i tried defragging the game.

Try:
1.Deleting your Gameguard folder in C:\AeriaGames\AVA\Binaries\GameGuard
2.Delete cheat engine from your computer if you have it
3.Try closing all programs before you run the game
4.If that does not work, read this for help
