Health code (for cheat engine) = 01A7987C
Ammo code = 01C08F00, 01C08F10, 01C08F20, 01C08F30, 01C08F38,
01C08F40, 01C08F50, 01C08F08, 01C08F18, 01C08F28.

For health, in cheat engine right click on the code and select (set/change hotkeys).
Put a key of your choice and select (Freeze).
Note : Take jugg before you do this. Apply and done!

For ammo, in cheat engine right click on the code and select (set/change hotkeys).
Put a key of your choice and select (Toggle freeze and allow increase). Apply and done!
Note : You can put the same hotkey for all codes.
