We will get it if we finish all 15 events by the end of the event

u have until the 12th of August to complete the events listed and win "gold medal" then after the event on the weekend thats when the 400% exp and gp bonus comes

We have to get the gold medal first.
That means we have to complete all 15/15 events in order for this to happen.
There's also a silver reward (10/15) and a bronze reward (5/15)
