Because 1) It has a very high rate of fire.
2) Medium to high damage output.
3) very less to almost non-existent recoil
4) High bullet count 40/80
Because of these properties the player using this gun usually just runs into the opponent and empties the entire clip thus killing the enemy easily, therefore ppl using this gun just rely on spraying and do understand or undertake the concept of aiming and firing (they just spray and pray). So that's why this gun is called a noobish gun because any noob can overpower other pros with it.
