Well yes it is possible i did it myself but u need to be host! ( and it is insane rapid fire. 3 seconds and a fully loaded lmg is empty )
I made it hack program that does it.

No it shows like it is really fast but it just gives you more recoil and automatic weapon but the real weapon speed is the same for other people.
So you got advantage with pistol and famas.
I already tested it i didn't got banned
