How to make SPT Files?

When I say "How to make SPT Files" I mean how to find out how to automatically accept the quest, automatically get the item and automatically turn it in over and over, I was wondering how I would find it out. My friend made one in northlands, you gain 200 gold/exp every 2-3 seconds its really cool and I want to make something like that but I can't find out how to find the packet codes for accepecting the quest, getting the map item and then turning in automatically.
