You know i thought they were going to, since season one ended with the beggining of the next arc. But ?_? guess not. Season 2 with some HQ animation would be pretty sick though.

I don't remember if they re-made it recently, it was an old(very old) cartoon in the 80's i think.

Yes but the animations are very very old, plus they could make an anime movie featuring a story line similar to that of the original one.
