Did I get banned?

I cant seem to log into aeria at all. It say unrecognized username or password and i know im typing the right info in. I have not recieived any notices that i was banned. i am 100% sure i tpye everything right and i have tried reseting my computer but no luck. can someone tell me whats going on

Yes you are banned, probably even IP banned. Same thing happened to me. Luckily I got my account back today.

hm its not ip cause im on now with a different account. and they didnt tell me i was banned. no emails nothing

For me, they just sent an email to my account where I changed password, and got unbanned.
