I get kick for no reason

ok so i get kicked for no reason just like that in the middle of the game.
when i get kicked it says "timed out try updating APB client" the stupid thing about this is that i just got the game there is no new updates. im getting really mad can someone plz tell me what to do

punkbuster errors is so old and u didnt managed to fix it yet? damn guys it sees that u dont play APB for years but still there is some game crash which i get sometimes once i play APB for 6-8 hours a day but that error comes only when server is going down for updates
