i cant play crossfire

please help me crossfire is not open when i try play crossfire the x-trap sign pop up in down and then close and the game not work and i reinstall crossfire 3 times and nothing happend please help me what can i do

delete X-trap folder then start CF as admin

Do like what was said. Run crossfire normally after the XTrap folder has been deleted.
