NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 is by far the best I've seen TBH...Though it is quite expensive; no one really has one >.< Everyone has the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570.

for sli way graphics, you need the one of best motherboards and esnure 2 or more power supply.

Impossible. No NVIDIA driver supports hex-SLI or octo-SLI (each card has 2 GPUs), not only that but the card only has one SLI bridge connection. So unless you make a really weird setup with hacked SLI Bridge Cable, It's virtually impossible. Plus your CPU will bottleneck you so hard. Not only that, but you'll need about a 1400 W PSU to drive them. Finally, scaling would be so diminishing that you'll probably not even get 0.1 FPS more from 7 GPUs than 8. Look at the scaling of 3 7970s and 4 7970s. Unless of course you plan on driving a monsterous screen setup like 12800 x 8000

Ati has a little suprise for them i dont know when its going to get released but this new card is freaking powerfull i heard.

HD6850M, it does all video/photo editing for me. Smooth work. Good for workstation/gaming. Can't compare to other gpu, because last one i had was Nvidia FX5200 lol.

Just a litlle bit of information, ATI does not have SLI, thats for nvidia (noobzors) ATI uses crossfire man... yeah. The only reason why so many people say that the nvidia range is better becaus they simply never tested or used quality before, my reason for hating nvidia is quite simple... blew 2 8800GT (which was best at that time) with simple games like a just released NFS carbon etc. Since then I have ATI and im a proud red blooded gamer. I agree that the 690 might be better, but why buy 1 x 1000 dollar GFC card when you can fit 1 x 700 dollar and use 300 dollar to spoil your GF (or yourself)

Anyways. I will still think PowerColor Devil 13 7990 still the best card I know since I do a use maya and photoshop, thus the 7000 series will suit me better than nvidia.
