Any Cydia App that Does This??

Hello everybody, I'm looking for any application/software that will run on iPod touch 4G 5.1.1 jailbroken untethered on Absinthe(greenp0ison) which performs this specific function. It needs to make the device register a screen "touch" in a certain spot of the screen in certain timed intervals. The interval of time required is 60 seconds(1 minute). This software is for personal purposes, and I will NOT share why or how I am using it, so do not ask please. Also, if anybody could at least point me in the direction of some software that performs this function, that'd be awesome. Thanks.
