I believe hacks and mods won't be publicly untilll BO2 comes out. They don't wanna ruin the game.

As of now, there are no modified patches for MW3. There are knockback mods, however. Knockback mods can be obtained via people who have it in their vault. Just copy it over to yours, and load the file.

If you are talking about mods that are ONLINE, and not Private Match related: Unfortunately, like I said before, there are no modded patches for MW3. Therefore, there are no online mods for MW3.
