Also that site seems to be the cheapest I've seen. Other people have suggested plati.ru (~$10) but I couldn't find out how to buy from there here in america.

You are buying the game online for direct download, but you can just take the key and change it.

Those keys might be bought with a stolen credit card or something. I had this issue with a cheap BF3 key that I bought on another forum and after 4 months my account got banned.
