I apologize for grave-digging a week late, but I saw 0 replies so thought I'd input my answer.

There are Black Ops hacks indeed, however, they result in huge risks of getting banned. I've had a friend who was console banned for doing the old prestige glitch before the patches. In order to complete a BO 15th prestige hack, I think you'd need a jailbroken PS3 and a 4.20 PS3 to data transfer.

I'm not that experienced in hacking BO, however, I would link you to a source where there are multiple answers towards BO hacking but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to.
