And i think that ruili account are created automatically by it (so it's not always the same person)

His method is easy, only me and a Few hundred people know how he does it, but only me, my friend, ruili and war hawk know how to make it. I can make one for any1 who wants it but it will cost about $500. I put 75 hours of work into it and it still isn't complete. Also you can get any rank desired. Yes $500 sounds a lot but it's worth it for sure.
