No, it will only show people who you can usually see with the radar. All this does is increase the radius and frequency of the radar.

J'ai essayer de modifier le Scrambler mais sans résultat. Pourtant, les DVARs pour le scrambler sont présent et modifiable. Il me manque surement quelque chose a faire pour que sa fonctionne. Jvais assayer d'y travailler encore.

Not a high risk, it does edit memory but only temporarily and visually no player can tell you are using it. Besides VAC has bigger fish to fry. I've been using it for months and I'm still completely ban free.

A little tip for people who are using this tool. Throw your portable radar outside the map. It will prevent it from being destroyed by other players. Just saying in case some players didnt think about it.
