was it a credit card or gift card? if it was a gift card, then are you sure the email you signed up on MPGH was the email you used for your gift card? and did you go to mybalance.com to activate your account yet? and dont forget that gift cards may take up to 24 hours to activate. Also, did you get a receipt of your payment in your inbox? if you did all these things and still didnt get anything then its probably cuz dave didnt update the hacks yet but dont worry... happened to me tons of times from other websites
