    What rank do i need and how much money to make a clan?

    Hey, can someone tell me how much money i need to make a clan and what rank i need to be. I might not know the name of the rank so pictures of the rank would be awesome!!! or explain how it looks like, eg. 3 yellow arrows facing up.
