JAVA you need to have a Japanese IP address, so you would need to pay for a VPN because proxies don't work. To play SEA AVA:

Beside the "Game Start" button there is an image that tells you where to sign up. Click on that.
All you need to put in the sign up is your e-mail address and your created password.
You'll get an email so that you verify your account. I recommend using Gmail or Yahoo.
