Oh and I had this tested on an account using skins as my only hack - I was reported by someone in escort for having a good score and before I can use any other hack - the account was banned so I'm almost 100% sure that this is Bannable as long as you get reported.

I tested yesterday in Practice server room with 3 friends.
They not see my skin, but I saw their weapons with my skin, that indicates that only run in local mode (my pc, my game), not resident on the server.
Ok, if I take a screenshot or a video, YES! ... is evidence that I'm using a skin, ilegal modification, and violating the TOS.

Yeah its client sided until you get a screenshot showing the system exactly what you see on your screen. That'a major problem.I get reported daily with or without hacks and so does tonnes of people here because not all hackers are noobs..we just want...More lol so I can only advise that if you know you get reported daily then Skins should't be used :c I wish I could

This security screenshots systems is long to explain, at least the hack I use eliminate this function of GameGuard and PunkBuster (black screen). But for them to activate this control screenshots on your account, then your case is serious and requires increased vigilance of your game. A pro hack masked between players is as noob and get very good scores points, without falling into the wild.

There is something that I can say, these skins can not be seen by other players.
