Done 1005. You can request a usertitle and a name change in the same thread so long as you have sufficient posts. It is the way i prefer it, multiple request not only take up spots but annoys me.

For future reference, no you cannot have a staff member's name or anything similar. Names provided were taken. Anymore taken names will result in an infraction. Check before requesting and dont waste my time.
