I Feel Different

Hey,
I wanted to ask for your guys opinion about this. I have ADD and I used to feel like there was a track of time and I had to do stuff before I went to bed. I felt like every day had a purpose. I was able to get tired and sleep. Now, I feel like I'm just going to die and I can't sleep. I stare at the ceiling for hours on end. I also don't act like I did when I had bad ADD so I think I grew out of it. Now I just feel like crap and my life is a waste. It's not like anything bad is happening, this happened like over a month. Please give me an idea of what this could be?

Try getting some enlightenment in your life.

It could be due to the lack of enjoyable memories. In other terms, most probably due to encountering a lot of deep and sad experiences.

Hmmm. I don't think I'm depressed. I mean I just feel like I have amounted to anything but I'm only fourteen. Like just playing video games and sitting home all the time.

Also, talk to your doctor he/she probably can put you on something to help you go to sleep

To me it just sounds like you're depressed. Either that or I'm not so sure

Consult a therapist. Sounds like depression and/or insomnia.
