4D1 and VAC

I have a many question about VAC system and 4d1,

1/VAC can detect cheat or it is only if player report you ?
2/4D1 can detect cheat or it is only if player reporte you ?
3/If i got banned by VAC from MW2 i'am banned from mw3 too ?
4/ If i got banned from 4D1 i'am banned from VAC too ?
5/ If i playe with cheat on 4d1 VAC can detect it ?
6/ If i got banned from 4D1, i just need to create another account on the website and i can play again on 4d1 ?

1 il ny a pas vac sur 4d1 mais pour steam ouais vac detecte les cheats le report ne sert a rien tu seras jamais bann pour tetre fait report

4D1 bans you by your MAC address and maybe XUID's, I'm not sure about that one.

To get a new MAC address you need a new router/internet card, I think. And to change XUID's you can change them by reinstalling windows, but I'm pretty sure there is a easier way.

Well, you can't get unbanned in any way from Steam/VAC, but it is possible to get unbanned from 4D1, just very challenging.
