[Help!]How could I fix 1 bar connection + Which vpn should I use!!!

First of all,I'm using proxy for playing vindictus.Last week,I use proxycap + Your freedom. I have got 4-5 bar connection (I'm playing with foreign) and after update patch I have got only 1 bar connection and it's LAG.So I decide to buy a new vpn. So which one is the best vpn that use for vindictus and games online.Now,I think,I will buy a strongvpn (is that good or have you found something better please tell me )

I don't really have any experience with using proxies to connect to far away servers, but I will say that Nexon's servers suck and can have horrible spouts for days at a time. Like last night it was pretty difficult to do more than 2 consecutive runs in a party. I would suggest giving it a couple days and see if it gets back to what you were having (in case it is the servers causing your problems).

Get any vpn, connect to it but don't make it your default gateway. Set up static routes instead to nexon vindictus servers only. That way, you would use your own connection to connect to other people and only use the vpn connection in communicating with the servers.
People say it's nexon fault that players lag/have high latency in boats but that is not true at all. Everything is hosted by the party leader.

I still don't see how you would get 4-5 bars if you don't live in the US unless you were connecting to foreign people like yourself.

vpn is stable but dont expect speed conection, proxy ftw.
