combat arms wont start!!!

i need help my combat arms wont start when i press it a little black box pops up for like half a second then nothin

When the "box" pops up does it say anything? Instead of waiting for somebody to post an answer you could uninstall and reinstall the game by the time somebody posts somthing useful.
