CAPriv infected my PC

I download CAPriv and it keeps coming up with something called nootepad.exe.exe. Its pissing me off coz it slows my PC down.
How do I get rid of it?

You can either restore your computer to the day before you downloaded the virus or try downloading a very effective antivirus (i recommend NOD32) and heal your computer.

Either way is good, 1st one is the fastest way tho.

well just restart windows thats the long way but it wipes ur comp or jus start windows in command prompt safe mode if ur comp genius like me and delet the virus manually ior wat the other peps sayed thank me
