    i have already installed in my pc net framework 4.0

    i cant install microsoft windows installer 4.5 update (x86) windows xp

    Just make sure you have all updates. Otherwise its just because the installer in trying to access something that is broken and giving you a BSOD.. Memory, hd space, windows files, something.
