There is a set list for computer abuse laws by state. If you live outside of the US I would be glad to read you the laws for that country. Keep in mind that the penalty for computer abuse can vary on your location aswell as the location of the company depending on the magnitude of the abuse.

I scanned with AVG Anti-Virus and it found 5 trojans. I know AVG isn't the most reliable but 5 results has to mean something.

I'm sorry about the size, but you can still make out the file names. I do understand this thread is old but I just thought it would be a good idea to post at least one virus scan.
