I have a quad core and the same graphics card, I can run on ultra with little lag.

i run this on a HP Pavilion dv6 AMD A6 quad core CPU AMD radeon 6520G and i get decent frames and i can get all the shiny shit how bad is your card?

2. Set resolution to the smallest
3. Where you're going, you won't need eyes.

Do you have a Graphics card at the moment or just onboard graphics?

If onboard, just get a decent graphics card with a decent cache for as low price as possible.
