sigh me too tried both bot nothing! changed the value to 0 and it changes first to 3 when there is count down and to something like 6500 when game starts!
when i change with f7 the value of the pointer to 999 and freeze the value after i die the value resets to ?? marks! and i get 0 exp :'(

Double click the address, so it brings it to the main CE window. After that, click the address once then press "ENTER".

That should bring up the "Value" window.
