Didn't the cave like, blow up, or explode? Plus, he just had an eye transplanted into him and he had to go kick fucking ass and avenge Obito's death. Plus, we still don't know that he did NOT die. That Madara in the picture looks old and wrinkly as FUCK. That, plus what he said after Obito asked "Where am I?" could mean it's some sort of in-between place like where Kakashi and his dad spoke after his death. (Except with Madara somehow sending him back.) Idk, just an idea.
