As of right now Naruto cannot beat Madara ALONE

Itachi has preached to Naruto
Kikashi has preached to Naruto
A running theme throughout Naruto (epescially after Retrival of Sauske Arc) is that Naruto needs to not forget about his teamates and that he doesn't have to do it alone. In the end of whoever Naruto is fighting, all his fellow nakama will be there to help fight.
