It's a shame cause he's such a good ninja through and through. Seems like he loses by default of not being an Uchia , or having a huge chakra reserves.

Team wise no one beats Kikashi as a teamate IMO

I like Kakashi as a character more, and he's a strong character, he ain't NOBODY's bitch. But Itachi would win this one.

Like others said, Sword of Tsotsuka+The Shiled+Amaterasu+Tsukuyomi+Izamai+(Probably) Izanagi+having a higher chakra reserve while using the Sharingan since he's an actual Uchiha. Kakashi has strong abilities too, but nothing to could match up with these.
