The hacks on the main Combat Arms Hacks page are for NA only. You can navigate to the other subsections if you live in a different region.

But those hacks will work on Combat Arms NA.

Combat Arms is developed by Nexon, so yes its the same game if you're asking.

I think you need to download Combat Arms Europe.
