Then you're just unlucky as fuck mate xD
Because some servers (few) have an anti-endgame plugin which ban the one who do it.

You just tried on the wrong server xD

For people who're having crashes, I've developed a fix.
After some reversing this, I found out it's the Auto-Unban feature that produces this crash.
To disable it, you can do it a permanent method which is writing to the DLL itself.

Here's how:

Open it with a hex editor, browse to the address: 0x67C0. Here just patch it with a "retn" byte. I.E Write 0xC3 to this address.

This disables the Unbanner and will fix any random crashes.

In IDA it'll look like this after:

Anti No-name plugin, very probably.
A lot of servers has this plugin.

You can either remove the null-name (@kenshin13, you posted a solution to do that, didn't you?)
Or you can use other hack (If I can give you an advice, use Insane's teknogods hook
