Game Settings/Resolution Advice

I'm running 600x800 resolution i believe- helps a little with shot grouping
I have a good pc 1k ram ati with 6k ram i7 etc so it's decent but i run on low,

I'm curious to tweek my game options if anyone has detailed advice.
I also heard it's possible to hear steps while shift walking???

Forgot to mention that I'm using a 32inch dell hd monitor with 2760 or something max resolution if i wanted it to in game. Just still 800x600 has some benefit over that?

i don't understand what u want ?
change resolution ?
Go to OPTION -> and change resolution
and there's ADVANCED button .. for advaned Graphics Option ..
