How can i solve this problem? Two days with same problem!

This happened to me once after the Maintance I got the same error. Try to flush your DNS cache.
Go to:
-Start -> Run -> type cmd
- in command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns
- Done! You Window DNS cache has just been flush, and then see if Combat Arms starts up.

i have same error And i redownload it and install it again but always same error :/

Its a you problem.

Make sure you run CMD (Command Prompt) as administrator (admin) and type the following.

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew

ipconfig/flushdns

Those are just some things that have helped me and others in the past. You can try them out.

-2,10060 means that the client could not connect to the server at all.You can try disabling anti virus and firewall so it could possible be able to run properly.
