This is what I was trying to explain in a thread named "Aeria Banning People"
Once you leave hacked up accounts inactive for a bit - they wont be banned...Im pretty sure this account is/was inactive for a while after you hacked it up.

No - its just that you havent gotten reported while using the UAV hack
And besides..In-game reports only gets the people who use chams and OPK banned really.

Aeria bans everyone, hacker/legit, if they feel "suspicious" about you.

Of course there's a database with the banned accounts. There's a pretty large server database containing the information of every single account that has been migrated from Ijji Games. These contain the IGN, e-mail linked to the account, IP Address that last accessed the account, the date the account was recently logged onto, exp, sd, win/loss, clan, and even if you get a namechange, this server holds ALL the IGNs you have ever used. You can sort by IP and find all the accounts that have been used by a specific IP address. They also show what weapons you have in your inventory, and what weapons you currently have equipped. They show your Euros, AP, last time you purchased AP, BP, Amount of Euros spent in Daily/Weekly/Monthly increments.

But you can't get to that server. At least not by messing with memory debuggers like Cheat Engine. So I don't believe you've found a "banning list" with "values". The ban list is contained in the same database, and uses e-mail to ban. I shouldn't say this actually, but if you for instance have a g-mail account, and use that g-mail account to make other g-mail accounts (you can do this btw), all your accounts linked to that account will be banned. For the hackers, instead of using e-mail though, they use IP to track all the accounts in which you were the last known user, and ban them all.

The easiest server to find is the In-Game Report Database. Every time you click on report, it takes a screenshot of your screen. This is where those reports go. Also, there is an IP Blacklist for certain people. I only know most of this because all of it is in CAVA and KAVA.
