Can you get banned on BF3 if you have on a server that has PunkBuster disabled?

yes you can, you can get an GUID ban.

Probably not from PunkBuster servers.

You can get banned from non-PB servers I guess, if you go overboard with the hacks, but not the instant you go in with a detected hack.

i got guid ban yesterday, and i played with a hack for a week ago and yesterday i got banned =)

Can you no longer play on ANY servers?

Oh and just to clarify, i mean can you get banned from ALL servers by hacking on a non-pb server.

I've paid for Premium so i don't really want to risk getting banned from all servers :S

never played on PB enabled, my game crashed when i played yesterday, and after that was i banned =)

You'll get a GUID ban if someone reports you to DICE. But, you'll only get banned from the server itself not from Origin or BF3 if the admin bans you.
